1. The stone is specifically grown and cut to order in our lab, and it will take approximately 3-4 weeks from the time of order until the stone is ready. Once ready, we will ship the stone from the laboratory to the factory, which takes 3-5 business days;
2. Upon arrival at our factory, we'll send you a natural light video of the stone both on hand and with tweezers for your final confirmation. If you're unsatisfied, you may cancel the order with a full refund.
3. If you're happy with the stone, you can proceed with the semi-mount creation or request that the stone be sent directly to you.
The diamond weight listed corresponds to the precise weight of the specific stone. This means that if you order a 1-carat stone, the diamond you receive will weigh as 1 carat weight. However, if you have a particular measurement preference within a carat size, please leave your request in the "Make Small Change" area. We will reach out to you after placing your order to discuss your specific requirements.
