Tarrif Change ( US customers)Announcement 

To Our Beloved Dovies and Valued Customers,

We want to begin with heartfelt gratitude. Over the years, many of you have walked alongside DovEggs—not just as customers, but as friends, family, and true partners in our journey. Your loyalty, encouragement, and belief in our craftsmanship have made everything possible, and we are deeply thankful.

As a brand built on trust, transparency, and integrity, we want to keep you updated on recent developments that may affect your DovEggs experience.

First, regarding shipping to US:
Due to ongoing tariff changes and logistics challenges, we will experiencing some delays in delivery times from May 2nd. We kindly ask for your understanding as orders may take slightly longer than usual to arrive.

For orders that will ship on and after May 2nd, We recommend planning for:

Gold orders: approximately 4.5 weeks from order to delivery

Silver orders: approximately 6 weeks

( to avoid this temperary or permanent delay, Gold/Platinum orders needs to be placed before April 15, Silver Orders needs to be placed Before April 8th)

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and want to assure you:

Ongoing orders will not be subject to price increases, though our costs will rise due to tariff changes. We will always absorb those costs for ongoing orders.

If, at any point in the future, tariff-related costs require us to adjust our pricing, we will announce it ahead of time officially, as we always have—never suddenly, and never applied retroactively.

In addition, we want to share something we’ve been closely monitoring and more concerning than tarrif policy change: 
Since our last broad pricing adjustment in January 2022 and last partial( 20% of all designs) price adjustment on May 26, 2023, the global price of gold has increased by approximately 72% since 2022 and 30.5% since May 2023, and we forseen it keep increasing. So far, we’ve chosen not to pass this increase on to our customers, and we have no plans to adjust our prices at this time. However, if a price change ever becomes necessary due to ongoing gold market shifts, we will provide advance notice as we always do.

DovEggs was, is, and always will be committed to standing beside our community. We’re also actively working on more flexible installment options to support you through this difficult time.
