Here are the steps of your stone order:
1.Ship from Laboratory our factory, approximately 10 business days, subject to real-time situations. (lf you have a semi-mount design in mind, we recommend starting the process while waiting if you'd like your piece completed within 4 weeks. Semi-mount creation typically takes about 2 weeks, including CAD design and production.)
2.Upon arrival at our factory, we'll send you a natural light video of the stone both on hand and with tweezers for your final confirmation. lf you're unsatisfied, you may cancel the order with a full refund.
3.lf you're happy with the stone, you can proceed with the semi-mount creation or request that the stone be sent directly to you.
