●We provide dual certification for insurance or heirloom purposes globally. NAGL, a third-party laboratory based in Bellevue, WA, USA, issues certificates signed by GIA gemologists. Please note that NAGL is a third party, and they do not handle DovEggs 's customer's individual customer service. Please be aware that different agencies may have slight variations in 4C assessments due to varying standards and machinery, yet all are considered accurate.

●Kindly note that if choose dual certification, your diamond will undergo testing and certification at NAGL before being dispatched to you. The expected turnaround time is approximately 13 business days, with extended duration during holidays.
